    SES Welded tube insert

    Hi every body ,we are first year team and we want to take part in Japan Formula SAE ,We have some problem in ses filling,some of things are mule:
    we have to fix our anti intrusion plate to front Bulkhead by 8 bolt and the type M8:
    Would you please help us with the definition of these in welded tube tabs in SES form and if it possible how to calculate them?
    I also attach a picture of this tab
