we are new team and want to fill SES:

Would any body give me filled Structural Equivalency Spreadsheet sample which used Steel spaceframe?

I want to fill mine but have doubt in filling some items and how to do it!

I would recommend you buy "Learn & Compete A primer for Formula SAE, Formula Student and Formula Hybrid teams (Learn & Compete, Volume 1)". There is a great section explaining the frame and the SES. They have examples chassis pictures and additional explanation on each tab.

Also, if you follow the baseline rules, your complete SES submission is not that different from the template on fsaeonline.com. The only thing that changed is the chassis pics and welded insert calculations.

Does this product explain about the analysis should be present for Alternative Frame Rules (SCRF)?

Yes, they go over why you shouldn't use the AFR unless you are an experienced team with a lot of resources.

I designed my Space frame chassis with baseline material and wall thickness and OD,I wanted to check it with AF conditions and forces.
I simulate it and it failed the problem is by my design or rules?!!

I have question about filling SES :
If we use baseline material should we fill "Your Tube" the OD & wall thickness which was determined in rules and if we use tube which has more OD & thickness it's not against the law?

T3.4 Minimum Material Requirements

"Note 1: The use of alloy steel does not allow the wall thickness to be thinner than
that used for mild steel.
Note 2: For a specific application:
- Using tubing of the specified outside diameter but with greater wall thickness,
- Or of the specified wall thickness and a greater outside diameter,
- Or replacing round tubing with square tubing of the same or larger size to those listed above,
Are NOT rules deviation requiring approval."

It is not against the law unless you steel your tubing.

We steal our steel tubing which is not right either, but it's not against FSAE rules.
