Nope. Don't forget you're probably going to want a swirl pot too...

No. The only real issue here is bleeding the system.

No , height of the inlet to radiator to outlet of engine dosent matter as long as the fill/bleed point in the cooling system is above the heightest water passage in the motor. hot air pressure rises.

If that is sarcasm, learn some respect! There is a lot more value in learning why the orientation of the radiator and ports are important than a simple yes or no. Now aside from what has been stated already... think about it from a fluids standpoint. Are the differences in pressure drop going to be lower or higher when compared to the overall flow supplied from your pump? What happens if your system is improperly designed and you have localized boiling in the cylinder head or air leaks, if water leaks out air is getting in,(thus gas in the system)? If this happens, what should the system do. To answer your question, yes it is important... but to what extent, you'll figure it out.

can anyone please also enumerate a few points to be considered on how to place the radiator..the exact angles required..

It's best to have the core perpendicular to the normal flow of air around the car... but since packaging constraints often don't let you do that on our cars, put it how you want to and make it work.
