I'm conducting on starting Aprillia SXV550 engine.
Which one is better choice of the two methods that are using TP and MAP.
Please tell me why kindlly.

Neither is necessarily better, it all depends on your application if you are going to go with a speed-density or n-Alpha method.
Those two words alone will be extremely helpful to you as now, you can use wonderful search functions like the one included on this forum or even google.
I just did a quick google search and learned an absolute ton about speed density and I imagine similar resources out there exist for n-Alpha. After which point I had completed my research I would now apply critical thinking (I would accept any sort of actual thought process at this time) and determine for myself which method works best for me and my team at this moment in time.

Our maps are based solely on the drivers will to go fast.

We took an older approach. We hired a man who had spent a large portion of his life learning the ancient art of cartography. Using a sextant and formidable skills, he was able to properly chart us a map in the mercator projection on a scroll of parchment.
