Just wondering if anyone from the United Kingdom knows of a supplier of alumninium honeycomb for our impact zone.

Cellbond supplied us last year but they dont seem to respond to my emails or phone calls and Im looking for a new supplier just in case.

has any team ever used Alumium extrusion for a crushbox ? We are using it this year. 2 square tubes 38.1 mm x 38.1 mm x 140mm long absorbs 9 kj of energy !!! Average crush force of 70 KN per tube. We did some LS-DYNA crash simulation and the HIC value is in the 200's !! Worth considering...Cheap as hell!!
