Hey guys, I'm not tyring to spam everybody but FSAE is the reason I built my Roadster and now I'm looking to sell it.
It's similar to a typical FSAE car (at least in my day) but larger and a two seater.
Here are the basic stats:
Chromoly tube frame, TIG'ed
2005 GSXR 600 (stock computer, unrestricted)
Pushrod suspension with QA1 shocks
Aluminum side panels
Fiberglass "hood"
Three pedal layout
Stock GSXR gauge cluster

If anybody is interested, I'd be happy to give out all the other details. I built this car over a couple years and have been going to autocrosses for the last 3 years. Even with my average driving skill, I usually get FTD unless its a tight course and there is a shifter kart racing. I went to the Texas Autocross a few years ago right after it was complete. I hosed down the track after the coolant hose let go, if anybody was there to witness. Everything works except I broke a driveshaft recently. It's custom so I'll be getting one made soon, I made the first when I had access to a machine shop. I have no clue what to ask, it's priceless to me, but I have another project in the works and the garage is full. I can say I spent around $15k on all materials and a few more on tools and etc.

Thanks for looking! PM or email me @ chris.auerbach(at)gmail.com

I can second all this information since I saw the coolant leak at Texas Autocross Weekend, and helped clean it up afterwards. Great engineer who built it, to bad I destroyed his team's FSAE car in a horrific flipping accident. How's everything going in Florida? What's this new project?

Chris, thanks for the kind words.
Florida's going well, the new project is top secret until I put together some more work on it.

I can also vouch for this car. I have ridden along and have driven it a couple of times including an autocross, and it's a blast. Also I bear most of the blame for the coolant situation at the UTA event, as I was the one who pushed hard for the specific coolant line configuration that resulted in that spill (which Auerbach has since redesigned and fixed).

It has lots of neat design elements, is fun to drive, the passenger seat is an unusually awesome feature on a car this small/fast, and the whole thing is really well-built. I would buy it in a heartbeat but the wife says I can't have any more motorized vehicles anytime soon.

Here's hoping it goes to a good home.
