I would like to know how much a dyno costs(Engine and chassis)?
Would any south asian team like to share where they got hold of one?

Illiterate,
A dyno ia a load cell used to test and measure engine power and torque, as well as permitting you to operate the engine under load in order to calibrate ignition timing, Air/fuel mixture, coolant flow etc.
They can be arranged so the engine drives them directly (Engine dyno) or indirectly through the driven wheels (chassis dyno)
They are extremely expensive machines to buy off the shelf.

Many teams build their own dyno. A load is needed for the engine to drive, and some sort of data capture software is needed to correllate the information gained.

A google search on 'Dyno' 'dynomometer' 'Rolling road' etc. should get you some information, although I suspect the cost and complexity of buying a dyno and shipping it to Pakistan will dissuade you.
