Search around online and look for patterns...that will lead you to an answer.

How did you "figure" what the other two numbers were? http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

The three numbers in question are the tire's nominal outside diameter, tread width and bead diameter.

Raun,

You (and, I presume, your countrymen) has to be careful; You have to do your own research before asking such basic, basic, question on this forum. Most of the time Google and Wikipedia will give you answer, or at least a beginning of the answer.

By asking so basic questions you take a risk of making your self not only uneducated (that is fine in it self, you have to start somewhere) but impatient, unnecessary demanding and unwilling or unable to make some first search on your own. It can only damage your own reputation. It also make you look very needy especially when after a few hours you do not have the answer you look for. I see this forum as a place where people exchange ideas, information and perspectives; no one is the servant of anybody here but you make it look a bit this way; at least that is the way I fell it.

I understand where you are coming from but I encourage to imagine in advance the reaction of dozens of people you read your post.

Claude

Seriously? I think I regret feeling generous yesterday. http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Raun,

I keep wondering...? Are you in an engineering school?

Aren't you learning how to solve problem, to think and search on your own, acquiring the discipline to loom fro answer instead of rushing to "give me the answer now plz" mode? Again be careful you just make people running away from you and your colleagues ....
