I was wondering what kind of lift teams out their are using. I have been looking at Motorcyle and ATV lifts but I am not sure if this is the right route.

We use a purpose built stand and 4-5 guys to lift it onto the stand.

Two stands, one forward under the front box area and one aft between the rearbox and the jack bar.

4 guys on the team who've hit the weights, bearhug the tires. Done.

4-5 guys!? Let a couple attractive females walk by and I can get the car on the stands by myself!! But really one guy can lift the front until that pesky nose is on there.

I think a lift would be cool, but the stands we use really allow you to work on the car. Seems like a lift would be all up in the way.

Two guys just hold up the car while the others work on it. There are some stands though for when they need to use the restroom :-)

Lift? Why would you need one of those?

lol...why spend money on a lift? Granted, our car is a bit heavier so I haven't seen it lifted above our heads, but that's pretty much how we do it too.

joe,
do you think you could have those guys drop by our shop and lift our car for a few minutes to add things like the floor pan.....

Just as Igor pointed out:

Thats basically we did, we got a cafeteria table and cut it down and welded it up, and we just get 3 guys to lift it and then the other guy slides the table under
