I'm having an issue in CarMaker where my load transfers are twice what they should be. It's making the car flip over at 1.6G! If I adjust the CG heights to half their values, then I get reasonable results. Anyone else seen this happen?

if the car had a WB of 65", a CG height of 16.25" and a rear weight bias of 60% it would but doubt your CG is that high so it shouldn't flip but it might get close. As even with a car that had a WB of 70" a CG hight of 12" and a rear weight bias of 55% you would only have 18% of the vehicle weight on the front wheels at 1.6G acceleration.

the figures I'm using are:
1250mm track width (lateral load transfer)
250mm cg height
350kg mass

I should be able to get 2.6G before all the weight is transferred. According to the graph of tire normal load vs y-acceleration, the normal load approaches 0 as y-accel is 1.6G
If I change the cg height to 125mm, I get 2.6G.
I do get a proper normal load on the tires at rest, so it doesn't seem to be a mass problem but in the physics or CG location somehow.
