Where can I get to know tech stuff about f-sae cars..a link or a website would be truly helpful.
I have gone through howstuffworks, but it is not 'race car' specific.

What is "tech stuff about f-sae cars"??????

If you want to learn about suspensions read "Tune to Win" or "Race Car Vehicle Dynamics."
If you want to see what these cars look like browse the hundreds of thousands of pictures of FSAE cars that can be found using a Google search.
If you want to learn about engines go work for a motorcycle shop.

If you want to know every single detail about how an FSAE racecar should be designed, perhaps you should go to college and join a team. Once there you will spend most of your free nights in the machine shop or CAD room instead of going out to the bar like everyone else.

We all started the same way, just like you. We all worked our butts off to learn all the "tech stuff" that you are talking about. If you want to know, maybe you should join a team and work for it.

Just like life, there is no website or book that's going to walk you through it.

Paul,
Sit in a quiet room with your PC and an internet connection.
Then go back to post number one on this site and methodically work your way through, visiting all the links along the way.
In six months or so, you will know as much as anyone.
This is the greatest repository of FSAE and Formula Student info on planet Earth.
Regards
Pat
