Ricardo Wave and Dual processors

How can I get Wave to use both processors on our PC? Wave help system sparse at best. Although, there is a video in there that tells you how to run a script - but says nothing about finding out what the script consists of! It's saturday morning and I can't call Ricardo. Please help. Thanks!

I have not tried running WAVE on multiple cores; however I have run VECTIS on multiple cores and doing so required the installation of special software(HP MPI, available from Ricardo upon request). WAVE may also require installation of said software. Just email Ricardo support, I always hear back from them very quickly.
