Chassis Design

Hi all you guys, I´m the chassis guy in me team, we have many doubts about the bulkhead design,crush zone. We are using spaceframe to do it. If we are going to use square tubing is in te zone where bending forces occur, also it`s ease of cutting a joining, and i was thinking of making our crush zone with panels of little pieces of tubes or put in the crush zone a box of aluminum to recieve the impact. I want more ideas about it!!We are a first year team and we have to do all by the simplest way!!
