Have any of you guys that are running the Honda CBR 600 RR engine (03/04) had a problem getting round the immobiliser-if so how did you solve it?

Could you be more specific? I am not even sure what this "immobiliser" is that you are talking about!

Are you trying to learn how to steal an rr?

I don't think very many teams run stock management, or RR's either

Yeah I find the best way is to buy and AEM and rewire the engine to use that ecu. That is the way to go. Or have the right key to begin with, that is probably more cost effective.

OK I was thinking it was the security BS, but wasn't sure why he was using the stock ECU anyway. I guess it probably came with the engine and Tom is trying to see how it runs before modifications.
I was all kinds of confused at first, but that doesn't take much.
