what for, if you don't mind?

just use round tube and a hydraulic press. It will eventually become an oval.

Not for fsae, project for a friends raceteam i'm doing.

Not looking to form any oval tubing, it wont be consistent, plus its going to be small thin walled stuff, so it wont hold up.

Thanks David, but thats not what I am looking for.

This will be using on the Intake tract of an engine, so i need just a normal oval alum tubing.

From the companies I spoke with it will be a custom extrusion and it'll cost a LOT of money since it needs a fairly large run.

So I found another route to go.

Does it have to be aluminum? If not, Burns Stainless sells oval 304 stainless:

Decided to go another route via a little different design, so it wont be needed.
