is the combination of barbed fittings along with reinforced rubber hose and 360 deg plus clamps with screws allowed??

because we are in an intention that these connections are not allowed and the car is not liable to pass the TI...

Isn't it explicit in the rules what connections are not allowed for the fuel system?
