Dear all, I am a Mechanical Engineering student from Malta and I am new member here.
I started working on my dissertation which involves modeling and simulation of a two-stroke SI opposed piston engine with 1-D Ricardo WAVE software. Although the software tutorials seem very helpful when dealing with inline-configuration engines, the methodology of opposed piston modeling seams quite unclear.
Can anyone provide hints or basic methodologies on how to proceed to model the opposed piston engine with WAVE? I am still in the process of learning the software therefore any help will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Darren
