Transportation Russian car from US airport to Formula Hybrid 2010

SEG-MADI Formula Hybrid team is a participant of 2010 Formula Hybrid USA.
Our Moscow forwarding company will ship our car to USA from Moscow, but they don't know logistics company in USA.
In view of the above could you recommend us a company in the USA that will assist us in the matter – make customs clearance of the Formula - style race car in the USA and deliver Formula-style race car from US airport to the place of competition.

What transportation company was you used by shipping your car on the USA, or from Europe to USA?

Where is the shipping company sending the car to?

You might try getting it shipped through Federal Express. I have no idea how the cost would compare, But they can handle it from door to door without second parties having to get involved.

We have been using Stevens Global and the experience has been very positive. We work with the Portland office, but they do have agents in Michigan.

I suggest sending your car under a Carnet to avoid paying any customs duties.

UPS will not do this kind of shipment, even though they may initially provide a quote.
