Hiiii,
Can anyone please tell me what would be the approx. force required to be exerted on the gear shift lever for shifting the gears in a Honda CBR 600 F4i engine???
Also can u please tell me what would be the angle by which the shift lever rotates for shifting the gears???

It's really easy to measure. Get a scale, attach it to the shift lever, and pull on it till it shifts while observing the scale. It will depend on the length of the lever.
And get a protractor for the second question.

With a 92mm arm (center to center) with a full travel of 2 inches it is an 11 lb force to shift. Your force needed to shift will substantially change based upon the length of gearbox arm used.
