Cheers,

anyone willing to help out with finding diagrams?
Been searching around here for a few days to no avail. It seems the diagrams we have from Motec are wrong, and the pins on the physical harness do not match the diagram.

Motec M4 ecu, gold in color, unknown year.

basically the team is coming out of mothballs because Baja is fun, but FSAE is funner http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
Thanks in advance.

or call motec west... they're just down the freeway and the tech support is really good.

Thanks guys. I will try calling up motec as a last resort. We definately need to try harder before bugging those guys.
The link Poe, passed along has much more info than what we were finding though their site. Our ecu has the same plug in the m4 pinout listed, but the pins on our harness don't line up. Mainly the db-9 cable and ign outputs.
I'll be in the shop tomorrow and I'll grab a few pics.

Make sure you're looking at the pins or connector the right way. Looking into or out of the connector makes a big difference. I think the numbering indicated in the ECU manual is looking into the ECU, so that would be looking at the backside of the harness connector.
