All teams interested:

We are scheduling our second annual test and tune for our student sections in the Southern New England SAE Chapter. We'll have extra space for a handful of teams close enough (or otherwise willing to travel) to Connecticut. We are looking to set a date in mid-April just waiting for confirmation on availability from our local teams.

We are putting this event on with the support from the Fairfield County Sports Car Club. They are graciously providing us with a location, timing equipment (your transponders will work), professional experience to help out the teams, as well as professional experience to help us set up a realistic course. Last year we were able to set up the Skidpad, Acceleration course, and an autocross based on photos from actual FSAE courses as well as specs in the rule book.

Because we are going through the effort to provide all of these resources we would like to have a full event to make the FCSCC's time worth while. This is why we have opening this up to surrounding sections on a first come first serve basis, we can handle approximately 6 more teams.

As a side note, we will be accomodating FSAE, Formula Hybrid, as well as Supermileage teams at this event.

PM or email (remove the "no spams") me to signup. Feel free to reply in the forum with any suggestions or feedback so all can see!

Thanks,
Steve O
