Terence,

I would highly recommend designing your own and then having a company like Coleman Racing make them for you (if you don't have the facilities to machine them yourself). They can machine just about any size you would need and you should be able to make them lighter than something you'd buy off the shelf.

If you want brakes larger than 220 mm (aprox. 9in) you could check for some Motorcycle rotors. There are companies which make them at relatively low weight. If you do want to design them yourself remember that heat is the most important parameter.
