Does anyone have any suggestions for an oil pump off a production car or bike that is small and light (and cheap) that could be used for a return pump on a dry sump system?
Cheers

Try http://www.parker.com
they make pumps from small to huge. Finding a pump that has o ringed covers and shaft oil seal out of an engine is difficult but hydraulic punps are made for external use and are tight tolerance (efficient) I have used Parkers for turbo scavenge. Hydraulic place on Richmond rd is local agent

depends on what engne you want to use it on as to what is going to be suitable, but have a look at a zzr1100 scavenge pump, its a two stage pump, thats pretty small and should flow engough for most 4's, and like dave M said have a look on the forums for more info the topic has been discussed a few times
hope this helps
