As far as I know the smallest turbo from IHI is the RHB3. It's 5.31 in long and 6.38 in at its widest according to a data sheet we have from IHI as of the end of '00. They might have done a redesign but I doubt it.

Weve run the RHB5 for the last 3-4 years and it worked well for us, although it was a little too big. Get a hold of someone at IHI and get the compressor maps for the RHB 3, 4 and 5, and go from there. Good luck.
