Magnesium Suppliers?

I was curious if anyone had any good ideas where to find some 1"+ Magnesium Bar stock. All I need is 2-3" and the only supplier in the Bay Area wants to sell me $120 worth.

Anyone know any magnesium car/engine part I could find in a junk yard and machine? (its the FSAE special!)

Something you might consider is asking if they have "drops" for sale. Especially if you don't need the 2-3' in one piece. Just a thought.
