Texas A&M FSAE - 04/10/04

just a few shots of this weekend's test and tuning days. this is the second weekend for us to run '04, and we also ran it against last year's car. the track times were neck and neck, with '04 being slightly quicker running on only 4 days of tuning thus far. with a few more weeks of tweeking, it should be much quicker.

we also did a drag-race style acelleration test, and '04 killed '03. this year's car is a power monster, and 20-30 lbs lighter. we are still hoping to add a few hp with some cam timing chages and other engine adjustments.

here a few shots. it started raining today, so we were able to do a few wet-course laps. everything survived, alhtough the throttle started acting up, still not sure why. engine guys are working on that one.
