CBR Changes

We run the 2003 Honda CBR 600 RR and thinking of upgrading, We were wondering if Honda has changed anything major with the CBR since 03. Are most of the parts the same? Are the mount points the same? Is the engine lighter?

Truthfully i am sure it will make no noticeable differences with whatever changes there was year to year.
