Hi all.
I was wondering if anybody has a CP7855 mastercylinder for sale or knows where they can be bought at short notice (it's the spherical bearing mounted one)
One of ours has been misplaced/stolen (I have no idea) and I urgently need to replace it.
AP have given me a 4 week estime for a new unit, not really possible with FSUK just around the corner.
Please let me know if you can help us out, Money is waiting.

I think Tilton sells something (77 series) that might be a direct swap. Taylor Race, Pegasus, and Tilton sell them.
EDIT: The shaft threads, overall length, and the spherical bearing are different. However, it might not be too difficult to adapt the Tiltons to your car. Especially if it's the difference between the DNS and points at FSUK. Good luck in the search.

Thanks for your response Scott.
Yeah we have been looking at the Tilton cylinders.
Not too sure our budget can stretch - it might have to though...

Jon,
Have you tried Demon Tweaks? They carry a fair amount of stock and may have one on the shelf.

Try ISA-Racing... They're in Germany but may have them in stock.

We are having a similar issue but ours is much, much worse.
Everything on the car is ready and we cannot get brakes (calipers, pads Master cylinders,,,etc) from anywhere (first year team as well). We already have the hubs and rotor made and assembled!
after contacting ALL of the 54 APracing distributors as well as Wilwood i think we just might make it with the rear brakes from AP and the fronts from Wilwood. and I am being extremely hopeful for that we MAY get them a couple of days before the competition.

What size bore(s) are you looking for?
Have you looked for the Brembo equivalent? If I'm not mistaken, the XA2.L2.XX and XA3.G1.XX lines ( http://www.brembo.com/it/Auto/...otti_Racing_2011.pdf (http://www.brembo.com/it/Auto/Racing/Prodotti-Competizioni/Documents/Catalogo_Prodotti_Racing_2011.pdf) - page 61) is basically the same thing. Well, at least it's nothing that couldn't be adapted around in a pinch...

Thanks Jon, I am very sorry that i have to do this but our situation was very strange because our sponsor gave us the money very, very late and we are now ending up trying to buy whatever we can find since what we designed upon is not available anymore.
Here is the list we were asking AP about:
2x CP4227 caliper
2x CP4226 caliper
1x CP2623-94PRM088 master cylinder
1x CP2623-88PRM088 master cylinder
9x CP4226D27-RX brake pads
2x CP4709-10 reservoir
1x CP5500-4 balance bar
1x CP2905-8 balance bar adjustment kit
we Then Decided to change the Balance bar to CP5500-9UNF for its availability at one of Apracing distributors ( i contacted all 50+ of them) along with the Master cylinders to:
CP2623-94PRT115
CP2623-88PRT115
We only found components to fill in the rear brake system so we looked at Wilwood for the front system as they had calipers quite close to our design and thus would not need us to manufacture a new upright for them.
3 15H-8596K Brake Pads 6211H GP320
1 120-8524 Caliper-GP320-RH 1.25-in
1 120-8525 Caliper-GP320-LH 1.25-in
1 260-5751 ReservoirRemote Master Cy
1 260-3378 M/CYL 1" COMBINATION
1 260-3883 M/C REBUILD KIT 1" BORE
We are looking set to get most of what i have mentioned within the next 10 days (depending on the time the suppliers i contacted receive the parts from the factory!), but we will definetley have to send the "car" to our shipping company before the end of the month for it to reach the competition in time, We are now looking locally for anything small enough to fit our machined parts and brake system overall. Any help is appreciated
