Nowadays we have issues with the HIC transaction,if the drivers need special HIC?

I assume by HIC, you mean 'Health Insurance Certificate'.

What event are you entering? You need to contact the organisers of that event to determine what their policy is regarding the HIC.

We are going to participate in FSG 2013.We have not received the reply though we had sent an E-mail to the offical.We are just busy with the HIC(especially the drivers') and the visa application.
