Does anyone know how to calculate the turning radius of the car? I've found the formula
CCR(Feet) = CF/OWC(degrees)
where CCR is the curb-to curb radius in feet
CF is the conversion factor
and OWC is the outer wheel cut in degrees.

Not really sure what any of this means though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

with no slip in a bicycle model and for small angles,
delta = L/R
where delta is the steered angle in radians, L is the wheelbase, and R is the radius of the turn.
