After a late-night bodywork session (note the presence of hazardous chemicals http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif) we decided there ought to be a dress code installed at this year's FSAE-A after-party. As to what this should be, we found ourselves in two minds.

The basic outfit consists of about 6 articles.
1) Underwear
2) Shorts
3) Shirt
4) Socks
5) Shoes
6) Accessories (Watches, rings etc.)

Option A:

The team who wins, get to wear 6 pieces of clothing
All teams with a total score above:
800 : 5 articles
600 : 4 articles
400 : 3 articles
200 : 2 articles
0 : 1 articles

The trouble with this Option though is that teams who now do badly will not only feel crap, but will be easily identified as "the losers". So to make life a little easier, we came up with Option B;

Option B:

All teams have the right to wear the amount of articles corresponding to their final overall placing, which basically constitutes the reverse order of Option A.

We would like other attending teams to send us your thoughts and suggestions, and see what else we can come up with http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif The more teams that participates in the challenge, the more fun the night's gonna be.

Note: The articles mentioned above should only act as guildlines and creativity is encouraged http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

ah, the fsae-a after party - a room crammed full of hundreds of stinking, dirty, sleep deprived, drunken and soon spewing male (and a small number of female) engineers. what a great night!

i remember harassing members of the UOW team who were inside mcdonalds thru the drive thru window on the way there (sorry fellas). i remember someone from UQ (i think) who had a breath tester, that was interesting. i remember various members of our team spear tackling each other repeatedly. and i remember waking up in the morning after passing out on the couch on our houseboat. great night.

The breathalyser was great fun. I remember a certain person having a go last year, and being disappointed with his BAC result of 'only' .09 or something. So he sculled a beer and went straight back for a second go...

Success! 0.16!!!

Later, the team was treated to one of the finest displays of projectile vomiting that we had collectively ever seen. Wicked.

Steve- are suggesting unpleasant odours in the Werribee area??!

I'm just hoping they don't induce even more vomitting.

(excuse my ignorance but where is there to go in Werribee (besides the local pub...)??)

for those who dont know, werribee is also the location of melbournes sewage plant. i've been out to quite a few tests at VUT where this years event is with melb uni, and one hot summers day when the wind was blowing the wrong way the odour wasnt terribly pleasant.

Was that from the sewage or Ric's aftershave though?

You guys, please stop bagging Ric

To quote stevep

"i'm dissapointed to see this sort of shit aired in public, at least we'd managed to keep the in-fighting and bitching to the overworked internal emails previously at MUR. the glory is in success, not the failure of others."

Steve was wrong, on both counts. http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Craig, it wasn't that harsh, I could have mentioned Sutto's mother.

Back to the more important point of this thread - drinking and shenanigans...

Someone said in Werribee? Is that in the car-park or is there a venue in mind?
