We use Ricardo Wave. A bit of a steep learning curve, but it is great for designing intakes and exhaust.

muffler simulations is so much difficult and at the end of this simulation the results are not confidenceable because of wrong modeling the mufler components. you cannot model the muffler components correctly.
this simulation may help you only in the piping.
if I'm wrong, plaese orrect me.
