Transient Analysis on Intake System

Following on from another members post on intake system, so far I have designed my intake system to dissipate the air evenly across all cylinders under atmospheric pressure, but am now trying to simulate the cylinder pressure drops now.

I have my pressure drop values for each cylinder setup on a time dependency and can run the flow fine. But when it comes to analysing the flow it all seems to go to cylinder no4 as if it is just capturing the last few iterations.

My results are setup to save every 5 iterations. What am I missing to get the animation of one complete stroke from all cylinders as per video below?
