I'm working on the body work component of the cost report for our car and being our first year I'm a little lost as to what ball park I should be in.
Can anyone give me an overview on the costing of their bodywork, including wings etc if possible,
Cheers

Man... what an open ended question. That all depends on what sort of material you use (eg carbon fibre, aluminium sheet etc), paint, body filler and so on. Also if you have wings, side panels, side pods or other additions.
Can you provide more details as to what your body is and how you made it?

Our body work had it all. Aluminum, carbon fiber, kevlar, structural foam, and lexan. Total costed bodywork and fasteners was around $300.

Does this $300 include the entire fabrication, epoxy, all the CF, etc?
Also, how many man-hours (how much labour) do you think sounds reasonable?
