We're a new team, and I'm doing some brake research. What brake systems do other teams use? I'm considering Kart or Motorcycle brakes, possibly AP Racing, Brembo, etc., but I'd like to hear what other people use.

As a new team, I would fully utilize the Find feature on this forum. I searched "brakes" trying to find you a good discussion to start with, but I was overwhelmed with the number and variety of results. I'm sure you will find that there are many different braking systems used and for many different reasons.

Most teams do use Motorcycle calipers and then make their own rotors.
