The FSAE rules say that the top of the steering wheel must be no higher than the top of the front roll hoop. Does the steering wheel have to satisfy this at any angle of turn or only at the centre position?
im guessing at any angle... just wanted a confirmation..

This rule applies for any angle of turn. If the center position clears with a "D" or circular shaped steering wheel then the rest shouldn't be a problem.
