Space Frame question - Rule 2011

Hello guys,

Other day I was looking that the rear space frame need a new tube. Follow picture. Somebody knows where is it in the rule 2011? Or some document with this specification? I looked but I didn't found.

The rules state that the roll hoop support must be properly braced (roll hoop support bracing) and the bracing must be properly triangulated, feeding back into the lower and upper members of the side impact structure.

No more pictures, but its still in the rules.
I could look up the rule number for you, but what fun would that be?
