Drexler Diff issues

Our Differential just cmae in Friday after waiting for it since November. The team was excited about the wieght of it not so excited about the fairly poor anodization but really not excited about the fact that it is not the length that we ordered. We were not able to talk to anyone from the distributor yesterday as they were already out of the office when we found the problem but we are planning on contacting them on monday when they are back in. This is an attempt to see if any of the other teams that ordered this diff have recieved the wrong length. We ordered a V3 and recieved a V1. Did anybody order a V1 and recieve a V3, if so we should swap. Also as a another option we would be interested inknowing if anyone out there has the long V3 right side of the diff housing around the shop so that if our other routes of correcting this problem do not work.

Hi there.
When we bought our drexler last year, it was delayed for a number of weeks due to a problem with the hard anodising, but when we eventually received it, it had a perfect finish and it was the correct size!
I hope you get it sorted soon!

We just got ours & its the correct size as far as I know (I'm not the drivetrain guy), but it didn't have any instructions for maintenance/adjustment like the website said it would come with.

We actually just got our differential in as well (also waiting since October/November), and sure enough, we got the V3 when we ordered the V1. We may be interested in trading with you, but, of course, we would like to try to talk to Drexler first. We tried to contact them yesterday as well and ran into the same issue (out of the office). I emailed you the contact info and would be interested in a trade if it is the quickest way to resolve both of our issues. We will know more after speaking to the employee that deals with Drexler products. I was told that he gets to work at 8 am PST. Talk to you later.

Is it just me or has the drexler fsae diff website gone MIA? I keep getting linked to an australian distributor, or the unhelpful german motorsports page...
