Milliken (sp) has racecar dynamics book that will tell you the basics and how to start the design.

Van Walkenburgh has another book, although not as in depth, onthe subject.

I'd advise two things:
1: Tune to win by Carroll Smith. It's an easier introduction to suspension geometry than Milliken or Van Walkenburgh.
2: Mitchell's Wingeo. It's a computer program that can do all of your suspension geometry quickly and easily.

Hola!
