Hi guys, this is my first post on the forum and i have learned a lot and still doing that on this.
Actually, i have done all the calculation work related to suspension, but the issue is that my calculations doesn't provide me that how to decide the damper stroke. The point which i want you to fathom is that is it related to your ride frequency ??? If Yes, then how ???

Well damper stroke at an initial level can be determined by the kinematics of your suspension system. Decide the amount of travel you want(Or for that matter the ride frequency you want) then you have an idea of the motion ratios you are going for depending on your suspension geometry. Then calculate the length the damper would(should) travel to achieve this required travel. By definition the MR will be the ratio of your wheel travel and damper travel.

Or you can do it the other way around. Look at what's available on the market and figure out what is available to you (price wise and that doesn't imply crazy motion ratios to obtain the kind of damping you want)
After that you adapt your motion ratio and spring rates to have some sort of reasonable damping/natural frequency combination.
As long as you clear the travel requirements you're golden.
The Optimum G tech tips could give a good idea of what you're looking for.
Also if worst comes to worst you can always add a positive stop on your spring perch if it has too much jounce travel to your taste. Rebound travel is a little trickier.

I was going to say something sarcastic... like damper stroke (in inches) should be 1/5 of your natural frequency (in rad/s)... but I'll refrain.

your sarcasm is not constructive or invigorating the topic raised and you did nt refrain a bit
