Just wondering why the Forumula Student website has RMIT as withdrawn?

Maybe its been said already in the forums but I havent noticed, so just wondering why the defending champions arent coming?

funding and time, mainly for the blokes building the 05 rmit car. two comps is prob a bit to much of an ask given the size of the team and budget. It is a shame because last year was great fun and it would have been good to go back.
