For those of you that have rims separate from wheel centers, how much do your wheel centers weigh and what do you make them out of?

Altough we don't use modular wheels right now.. seems to be that 6061 T6 would do the job.. 7075T6 is a bit overkill and almost double as expensive. Since your design goal for rims should be stiffness (what in fact makes resistance overly satisfied) and both alloys have almost the same young modulus, 6061 would be your choice.
