Build a rig to test it out of the car. You will learn something in the process and have a rig you can use to flow/clean injectors in the future.

It's pretty small compared to what one might think (or at least what I thought until I tested it).

That is too direct to attract replies.

Take an injector out and get it to spray. Measure the angle. Done.
Maybe take photos and measure the angle off that. How accurate do you have to be?
We're all engineers here, try using a rudimentary design process.
1. Define your problem
2. Define your parameters (budget, timeframe, safety, level of accuary)
3. List down as many solutions as you can think of - called brainstorming
4. Look into the feasibility of each to see if it suits step 2.
5. Pursue a feasible solution. If you don't yield results, start at step 1.
Doug Wright explains it better in this diagram.

For more info, see Rudimentary Design Process (http://www.mech.uwa.edu.au/DANotes/design/how/howFrame.html).
Obviously my suggestion isn't as straight forward as it seems because of the dangers of fuel. So replace it with a suitable fluid.
While you're at it, may be worth having the rig contain the fluid so as you can measure the flowrate of your inject.
Better still, if you can measure your pressure that would be a bonus.
If you can take photos, then then you have records.
Otherwise, google is your friend.
Hope this helps.

You can also borrow someone's injector test bench.
