kindly help me with the rack and pinion calculations. has the gear ratio got anything 2 do with the load it can carry. how to find the torque required 2 move the pinion? give me a relation betwen the steering ratio and gear ratio of the rack and pinion. how useful is variable stering ratio????
kindly put up with my silly questions as i am in my 1st of engineering.
