anyone care to share what figures they are getting or have had in the past for Roll, Pitch and Yaw moments?

geepers surely someone has had their car on a swing or at least predicted the moments in a spreadsheet from cad modelling or from the model itself.

with last years car, with an 80kg driver we got 105kgm^2 without wings on for yaw, haven't got around to the other two yet.

just wondering how did u get this figure , Jarrod ??? cheers ...

hung the car from four slings, gave it a rotary oscillation, timed the period of oscillation, and using the equation in Claude Rouelles course notes calculated the inertia. We tested it out on simple objects first, and the theory holds up pretty well, the limitation is timing it.
