Hi.

Here at Oxford Brookes University, we're looking to develop motorsport exchange programmes with students and academics from the US and other countries.

You would come over to Motorsport Valley for perhaps two weeks, during which time you would stay for 3/4 days at four different UK motorsport universities. Projects and activities at a single institution would centre on a single theme (e.g. at Oxford Brookes, we have Geoff Goddard, the former Chief Engine Designer for Cosworth, teaching, so we would offer engine design).

The stay would include visits to local companies, (e.g. WilliamsF1, RenaultF1, Midland F1, Red Bull Racing, as well as Prodrive, Xtrac and Menard), and a cultural element, e.g. punting in Oxford.

It would be useful for us to gauge interest in this kind of initiative. Please email me or have a look at the Motorsport Knowledge Exchange website at

http://www.msportknowledge.ac.uk/

Thanks.

Mike
