R u in an indian team? if so i think looking for the machine in the indian market would be a more feasible option for u guys, unless you have too much time/money on your hands. By the way try your college welding shop. they must be having them, and if u try really hard, you just might be able to get it out of them.

i read the post, but didnt READ it. if you are miggin' it, go for a miller. mmmmm... dualshield.. awesome.

If TIG is your preferred dance, its lincoln electric time. At least thats the humble opinion of one welder.

I have a Lincoln Powermig 200 and a Thermal Arc 185 tig. The TA is an inverter (42 lbs) w/ all the bells and whistles, and can be had for under $2K with the tig kit. If I could only have one, it would be the TA...
