we have just released the FSE2012 Rules Draft.
The changelog at the end of the document lists the changed regulations.
You may notice that a lot of changes happened due to the aim of creating a global rules set.

Since some teams already asked about it:
FSAE Rule Article B11.4.5 will not apply for FSE cars.
We will clarify this in the next rule release.
