Dear forum members,
I am a PhD student and research assistant working on finite element analysis of rolling tires. Me and my colleagues have allready done a lot of work on tire FEA, see for example the paper by Korunovic et al. at
http://www.sscm.kg.ac.rs/jsscm...42&Itemid=57&lang=en (http://www.sscm.kg.ac.rs/jsscm/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=42&Itemid=57&lang=en)
What we need is to verify those results by comparing them to test ones, obtained by cornering and braking to acceleration tests, on a drum or flat surface. We would also like to obtain friction data using a specimen of tread rubber sliding at different speeds/contact pressures.
Please post your offers or recommendations for 165/70R13 tire testing and tread rubber testing (possibly not to far from Serbia, in Europe at least). We will be glad to accept the offers for collaboration as well as commercial ones.
I sincerely hope that this topic is not outside the scope of the forum, this community just seems as a very competitive one to help or collaborate with us in the field of tyre testing and analysis.
Best regards,
Nikola Korunovic
