FSAE Roller for sale

Up for sale is a 2002 fsae semi-roller (missing spring-damper combo)

Included is:

1.Steel spaceframe (assumed chromoly but not definitely sure) with aluminum floorpans.

2.Torsen differential with custom aluminum oil bath housing. Setup is coupled with drive sprocket, brake rotor and wilwood caliper. Half-shafts included as well. Aluminum brackets via ball bearings allow coupling to Honda CBR600F4i if you desire (no frame mounting necessary).

3.Full steel suspension with aluminum cranks. Four 13"� X 6"� X 20.5"� wheels with Hoosier slicks. Custom steel hubs, brake rotors and wildwood calipers (extra pads included as well).

4.Fiberglass nosecone with mirrors (I would trash the mirrors and use the nosecone as a mold for a carbon one. The fiberglass is heavy).

5.4 to 1 exhaust collector with supertrap muffler.

6.Stainless steel braided fuel line with pump and filter.

7.Tons of extras: harness, two brake cylinders and extra reservoirs, tri-pod housings.

Everything is a little rusty but all in working condition. I would love to keep it and work on it myself but I don't have any place to store it or a shop. If you have any questions just ask and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Make me an offer. Please arrange for shipping. Liability agreement is mandatory upon sale.

I am mainly looking for an orphan (one) 13X6X20.5 Hoosier R25A (R2000) slick to complete a partial set of 3 (1 new, 2 pretty used up) that I have. What are the chances you have that available?

If you end up parting out, I might be interested in the full set of wheels and/or slicks. I need 4X100mm (for a Honda Insight). I got my last set from an SAE team.

I found new one's for $166 (w/o tax and ship)...but I am way to cheap for that. The last set of these I bought were generally around $60 per tire (5 tires, 4 rims for ~$500 shipped), mostly unused, from an SAE group. Hoping for a similar opportunity...

There are several sellers on eBay listing a-few-times-used Goodyear and Hoosier 13" R25A slicks usually in pairs for $80-$120, maybe check them out.

The Insight is fun for AX. And it is a cheap drive to get to the races. One of the main kicks is to beat Vettes, Mustangs, Porches and even WRX's with it. A couple years ago, I took first in HS for the season...well mainly because I showed up. But usually I am in the low middle of the PAX (80 of 130 is kind of typical). And I beat quite a few much beefier cars on raw time (though I have been running race rubber).
